Cost
a. $150 one-time
This one-time fee is to purchase the device above. We take no fee. We're partners.
b. $0/mo/property
c. Per booking: 7% service fee to the consumer, 3% to the property owner. (10% total).This covers credit card processing and software.
AirBnB charges 14-20% to the consumer, and 3% to the property owner. (20% total on average).
VRBO charges 6%-15% to the consumer depending on the price point, and 5% to the property owner. (19% total on average)

Who are we?

We are two families who collectively own four lake houses, with a close network of ten.
Consumers are not happy about the excessive platform fees imposed by AirBnB and VRBO, and we don't blame them.
The renters that enjoy our lake houses are clear lake house enthusiasts - so are we!

As each lake house is added - we synergize our network and cultivate a passionate audience sincerely interested in the properties we have to offer.
